angie recommended i get a wrist splint a few weeks back when i complained of difficulty sleeping and pain. it has helped so much so that when my sister started to complain of a sore wrist (she is also being tested for RA) i recommended one to her. she came back from the shops yesterday quite depressed at the colour of it and said she felt like an old lady and wondered why they couldn't be made in nice colours. anyway when we skype on christmas morning we are also going to have a best decorated wrist splint competition - if it is as funny as it seemed when we were talking about it i'll post some photos.
